RShell

Introduction

The RShell plugin for Taverna enables scientists to run R scripts within the Taverna environment. The processor uses the standard R interpreter (www.r-project.org) and therefore is able to run almost any R script. The R processor supports different data types, amongst others numeric, literal and image typed data.
