This was the first meeting of the modellers and bioinformaticians in the Netherlands Consortium for Systems Biology(NCSB), held on 26th of February 2010. The agenda for this meeting can be found here [[1]]


Goals:

  • To understand the state of the NCSB project partner
  • Synergy between the parties involved in the NCSB
  • Effective collaboration between Bioinformaticians and Modelers within the NCSB framework.

11:35 - 12:35 Roadshow Bioinformaticians (Questions only during the lunch break)
12:35 – 13:15 Lunch Break with breakout meetings (one-on-one and small groups)
13:15 – 15:45 Modelers (Presentation and Discussion) (10 minutes presentation, and 15 minutes Discussion per group; Coffee/Tea but no break)
15:45 – 16:00 General Discussion (Closing)
